These computer laboratories will serve to reduce spaces in access to devices and the Web by providing public computer system access for people with specials needs, Marylanders without permanent residence (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning citizens. The program offers grants of approximately $65,000 for up to 100% for the creation, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer labs/centers throughout Maryland.

The Maryland Office of Statewide Broadband is making up to roughly $11.8 million readily available through Link Maryland's Network Facilities Grant Program Round 2.
