These computer laboratories will serve to decrease spaces in access to gadgets and the Web by supplying public computer access for individuals with impairments, Marylanders without permanent house (i.e. unhoused), veterans, and our incarcerated & returning citizens. The program provides grants of approximately $65,000 for up to 100% for the development, upgrade, and/or retrofit of computer system labs/centers throughout Maryland.
